Best stop for ferries and onward buses: get off at Dubrovnik Main Bus Station (Gruž). It’s next to the port area, ideal if you’re connecting to Dubrovnik ferries and timetables, heading to the Dubrovnik Ferry Port, or continuing on domestic and international buses from Dubrovnik.

- Choose the right departure: pick a bus that gets you to DBV with enough time for check-in and security (as a rule of thumb, aim to arrive at the airport about 2 hours before international departures and about 90 minutes before domestic departures).
- Old Town pickup: the scheduled Old Town-area pickup point is by the Cable Car stop (above the Old Town). Pile Gate is not a pickup point for the shuttle.
- Airport departures after landing: from DBV, the shuttle normally leaves shortly after landings (often around 30 minutes after each flight), so if your flight is delayed, ask staff/driver about the next departure.
